Allah says, in Quran Deaf, dumb and blind, they shall not return?

Assalam O Alikum!

In the Article I Am Gonna Tell You Allah says, in Quran Deaf, dumb and blind, they shall not return. (Surah Al Baqarah) Allah Says, ➤ They are deaf, dumb, and blind. They will not return (Surat al-Baqarah). Or (it) is like a wind from the sky that brings darkness, thunder, and lightning. They thrust their fingers into their ears at the sound of thunder in fear of death, and Allah surrounds the disbelievers (Surah Al-Baqarah).  

➤ And lightning takes away their sight. Whenever a flash gives them light, they go with it. And when darkness falls upon them, they stand up.  And if Allah had willed, he would have taken away their ears and eyes. Allah is truly capable of doing anything (Surat al-Baqarah). Worship your Lord, Who created you and those before you, so that you may be religious (Surat Al-Baqarah).

 

Allah says, in Quran Deaf, dumb and blind, they shall not return?

➤ It is he who spread out the earth for you and made the sky a roof, and sent down water from the sky, then provided you with sustenance from its fruits. When you know (Surah Al-Baqarah), do not associate anyone with Allah.  If you have any doubts about what we have revealed to our servant, bring a surah similar to it and invoke your helpers other than Allah, if you are truthful. But if you cannot and never will, save yourselves from the fire whose fuel is men and stones. It is prepared for unbelievers.

➤ And bring glad tidings to those who believe and do good deeds, for there are gardens beneath which rivers flow for them. Whenever they are given fruit from there to eat, they will say, "This is what we have been given before, and they will be given fruit similar to each other, and they will have chaste wives, and they will remain there forever."
